In the course of more than 20 years in all aspects of Insurance Brokerage, Distribution and Consultation, Dan Anderson has proven to be a skilled executive and visionary entrepreneur. Dan has earned the reputation as an expert trouble-shooter and turnaround specialist. In 1987 he founded The Insurance Exchange which he eventually sold to BISYS, a publicly traded NYSE company in 2001. While at BISYS he served as Executive Vice President of National Sales and assisted in acquisitions and development. Dan has been a consultant to major insurance carriers concerning distribution and has served on numerous advisory boards. Dan envisioned and built a new Brokerage General Agency, Madison Brokerage Corp, in July 2006 to modernize aged business philosophies by creating single source capabilities™; the elimination of multiple sources resulting in the efficient and seamless execution of wholesale insurance transactions.
