Cash Prizes for Life/DI Combo Sales Campaign

Life/DI Combo Sales Campaign UNIFI Companies (UNIFI) is working hard to be an industry leader in writing combo cases involving Life and Disability Income (DI) Insurance. To draw attention to the exciting Combo programs available, we have launched a Life/DI Combo Sales Campaign in which field associates can win cash prizes.

UNIFI associates have two ways to win up to four cash prizes totaling $250 for cases with paid dates of March 1 through June 30, 2011.

A field associate who simultaneously submits Permanent Life and DI apps on the same client and has them both issued and paid within the campaign
period will win:

• $50 cash card for the first combo
• $75 cash card for the second combo

A field associate who simultaneously submits GSI and Focus 10 cases on the same employer and has them both issued and paid within the campaign
period will win:

• $50 cash card for the first combo
• $75 cash card for the second combo

Combo cases may also qualify for existing combo programs with limited underwriting requirements.

For underwritten cases, the Life + DI Limited Underwriting Program can waive the usual paramedical exam and lab requirements for qualifying cases. You may also write a GSI + Focus 10 Combo case with a minimum of five lives required. This program uses short-form applications and census only financial documentation. Aside from a few gatekeeper questions, there is no detailed medical underwriting required.
