DI Insurance and BOE Products Transition to First Ameritas Life in New York

Effective April 15, 2011, DInamic Foundation Disability Income insurance and BOE products will be issued in New York by First Ameritas Life. Previously these products were issued by Union Central Life in New York.

Transition Guidelines

All Union Central Life applications for DInamic Foundation in the state of New York must be received by us by June 15, 2011.  After that date, only First Ameritas Life applications for the products noted in the state of New York will be accepted.

This change will impact new sales only.  Inforce business and service support will not change.

Applications, Service Forms, Marketing Materials and Illustration Software

Applications, service forms, marketing materials and illustration software will be updated to reflect that First Ameritas Life is the issuing company of DInamic Foundation sold in New York.

• Illustration software will be updated to reflect this change on DInamic Foundation and you will be prompted to perform a remote system update for illustration software.  First Ameritas Life will be the default company when illustrating the DI inusrance products.  However, a checkbox will be available that will allow you to run a Union Central Life illustration for the referrenced products through the transition date, June 15, 2011.  After this date, only First Ameritas Life illustrations in the state of New York will be available.
• On April 15, 2011, you will be able to obtain updated applications, service forms and marketing materials on Producer Workbench.
