5 Percent Producer/Spouse Discount Now Available with LTC3

Clients may feel more confident and comfortable buying a Prudential Long-Term Care insurance policy from a producer who has a policy of their own. That's why when we introduced our latest product, LTC Evolution, we offered our producers and their spouses or partners a 5% discount as an incentive to purchase a policy.

In addition to providing the discount with LTC Evolution, we're now pleased to offer to all Prudential retail and brokerage producers and their spouses/partners, a 5% percent discount* on a Prudential LTC3 long-term care insurance policy to give you a choice when selecting the best product to suit your individual needs.

Please note that this LTC3 producer discount only applies to LTC3 policies with applications dated on or after Monday, September 26, 2011. It cannot be applied to in-force policies.

If you don't already have a long-term care insurance policy, there's no better time to consider getting one for yourself and your spouse or partner.

The 5% producer discount can be obtained by including the code, 00767, in the Affiliation section of the plan design page. This discount only applies to both LTC3 and LTC Evolution.

Please note that you must use the Affiliation Application booklet in the following states:

• Connecticut
• New Jersey
• New York
• Pennsylvania

* The producer discount is not available in with LTC3 in Florida and California or with LTC3 Partnership in Connecticut. Producer discount is also not available with LTC Evolution in Missouri.
