Many so-called “brokers” and “wholesalers” actually use intermediary brokers for their settlement transactions. Additional layers reduce the true value of the policy by lowering the net proceeds to the seller. As a result, they do not deliver the level of success Madison Brokerage does through its experience and execution. Since Madison Brokerage works directly with the buyers our transactions are not subject to additional administrative layers and costs. This allows the maximum amount of the profit to go to the seller. In certain circumstances, Madison Brokerage will forgo our settlement proceeds to help fund a new policy purchase. Why use multiple layers of brokers when you can go direct?
