Loan Structures

• Loan duration from 24 to 60 months, or for the life of the policy
• Interest rate structure either PRIME or LIBOR based
• Clients are typically required to post collateral equal to 25% of the loan through a personal guarantee and/or CD’s, marketable securities or similar assets
• Client can pay interest up front or roll interest charges into the loan
• Most programs allow start up fees and expenses to be amortized into the loan
