Nonsmoker Rates To Alternate Tobacco Users

• John Hancock – Standard Nonsmoker for pipes, cigars, chewing tobacco, nicotine gums or nicotine patches WITH nicotine present in urine. Must admit to usage on the application. No use of cigarettes in the past 12 months.
• Lincoln National – Standard Nontobacco classes include pipes, cigars, chewing tobacco WITH nicotine present in urine. Must admit to usage on the application. No use of cigarettes in the past 12 months.
• Phoenix – Nonsmoker rates for pipes and chewing tobacco. Must admit to usage on the application. No use of cigarettes in the past 12 months.
• Prudential – Pipes, cigars, chewing tobacco, nicotine patches or nicotine gum WITH nicotine present in urine can get Nonsmoker Plus rates with no cigarettes in the last 12 months and use is admitted on the application.
